Use EasyLife to manage SharePoint sites!

We are excited to announce that EasyLife 365, your preferred governance solution for Microsoft 365, has a new feature: SharePoint site management. This feature allows you to manage the life cycle of SharePoint sites in your organization with the ease and efficiency you know and love.

With EasyLife 365, you can create templates that let users create new SharePoint sites with predefined settings, such as permissions, sharing settings, metadata, and more. You can also apply EasyLife policies to new and existing SharePoint sites to ensure they comply with your governance rules. EasyLife policies check daily whether or not the sites still meet the criteria you defined, and notify the site's owner of any deviations or issues.

Lifecycle management for SharePoint has been in preview in our Insiders deployment for a month already, and we have received positive feedback from our early adopters. If you want to try out this feature, you can enable it at no additional cost in the cockpit under settings. Once enabled, you can start creating and managing SharePoint sites with EasyLife 365.
