1. Introduction & Definitions

1.1 These Product-Specific Terms (“Product Terms”) supplement and extend the General Terms And Conditions (“General Terms” or “Terms”) that govern the use of EasyLife 365 AG’s (“Provider” or “us” or “our”) products and services. Together, these documents create a comprehensive agreement for the use of EasyLife 365 Collaboration (“Product”), detailing specific terms that apply exclusively to EasyLife 365 Collaboration and take precedence in cases where provisions differ from those in the General Terms. The Customer is obligated to impose these Terms on any (internal or external) user authorized by the Customer to use the Product (each, as “User”).

2. Product Specifics: EasyLife 365 Collaboration

2.1 EasyLife 365 Collaboration: The purpose of this Product is for governance, provisioning, access reviews, approvals, ownership and lifecycle-management for Teams (& EDU-Teams), SharePoint Sites, Microsoft 365 Groups, Guest-Accounts, Viva Engage Groups.

3. Licenses and Pricing

3.1 The minimum user count for the purpose of license pricing is 25 users.
