1. Introduction & Definitions

1.1 These Product-Specific Terms (“Product Terms”) supplement and extend the General Terms And Conditions (“General Terms” or “Terms”) that govern the use of EasyLife 365 AG’s (“Provider” or “us” or “our”) products and services. Together, these documents create a comprehensive agreement for the use of EasyTipster (“Product”), detailing specific terms that apply exclusively to EasyTipster and take precedence in cases where provisions differ from those in the General Terms. The Customer is obligated to impose these Terms on any (internal or external) user authorized by the Customer to use the Product (each, as “User”).
