August 6th marks a special milestone for us: EasyLife 365 turned five years old.
When I looked at the calendar recently and realized that our anniversary was just around the corner, I found myself reflecting on the journey that brought us here. Not just on the products we've built or the numbers we've achieved, but on the people, the lessons, and the countless moments that shaped EasyLife 365 into what it is today.
The truth is that EasyLife 365 did not start five years ago. It started with an idea even before the company officially existed. It started with a simple belief that managing Microsoft 365 could be easier, more transparent, and less frustrating. Back then, there was no team of specialists, no established processes, no certifications, and certainly no assurance that this vision would become a sustainable business. There was just passion, curiosity, and determination to solve real customer problems.
Five years later, I am incredibly proud of what we have built together.
Today, EasyLife 365 is a team of 10 talented and dedicated people. Together, we have launched four products that help more than 350,000 users worldwide manage, secure, and govern their Microsoft 365 environments. Knowing that our work has a positive impact on so many people every day is something I am incredibly proud of.
Along the way, we achieved important milestones that reflect who we are as a company. We became ISO certified, built structured and scalable processes, and successfully expanded our portfolio with solutions such as EasyLife 365 Collaboration, EasyLife 365 Mail, EasyMeet 365, and EasyLife 365 Identity. Most recently, all four products became Microsoft-certified, reinforcing our commitment to security, compliance, and quality.
But the achievement that means the most to me is not a certification, a feature release, or a user number. It is the fact that we built this company independently. We reached this point without external investors, venture capital, or outside pressure telling us what to build and when to build it. Every decision, every product, every investment, and every improvement was made because we believed it was the right thing for our customers and for the future of the company. That independence has allowed us to stay focused on long-term value instead of short-term expectations.
And reaching our fifth anniversary matters because it is a milestone many companies never achieve. Statistics consistently show that a large percentage of startups fail within their first years, and many never make it to year five. We crossed that line together. Not by chance, but through persistence, hard work, continuous learning, and a relentless focus on delivering value.
We didn't just survive. We built a healthy business. We built trusted products. And most importantly, we built a great team.
Looking Back Is Important. Looking Forward Is Even More Exciting.
While celebrating five years is a great opportunity to reflect, I'm even more excited about what comes next.
The technology world is changing faster than ever. Across the industry, 2026 is rapidly becoming the year of AI agents, autonomous workflows, and intelligent digital workplaces. Microsoft's latest research highlights how organizations are moving from experimenting with AI to operationalizing AI agents and redesigning workflows around them. At the same time, organizations face growing challenges around governance, security, compliance, and visibility. Industry reports continue to identify SaaS governance, identity management, and cybersecurity resilience as key priorities for modern organizations.
Interestingly, these trends reinforce the very problems that inspired EasyLife 365 in the first place. As technology becomes more powerful, organizations need even better governance, transparency, lifecycle management, and security controls. That is why I am particularly excited about the next chapter of EasyLife 365.
Over the coming years, we will continue becoming more professional in everything we do. We will strengthen customer collaboration, gather feedback earlier, validate ideas faster, and invest more intentionally in explorative product development. We will continue expanding our portfolio. We will continue helping organizations govern increasingly complex cloud environments. And we will embrace the opportunities created by AI and agentic technologies while ensuring they remain secure, transparent, and manageable. In many ways, it feels like we are only getting started.
When I think about everything we have accomplished over the last five years, I am grateful. Grateful for every customer who trusted us. Grateful for every partner who supported us. Grateful for every challenge that forced us to improve. And most of all, grateful for the people who show up every day and make EasyLife 365 what it is.
To every employee, customer, partner, and supporter who has been part of this journey:
Thank you.
Thank you for your trust.
Thank you for your ideas.
Thank you for your commitment.
Thank you for believing that we could build something meaningful together.
Five years ago, EasyLife 365 was just an idea. Today, it is a company whose solutions are used by more than 350,000 people around the world. And if the last five years have taught me anything, it is this: The best chapters are still ahead of us.
Happy 5th Anniversary, EasyLife 365.
